Slowly open the steam nozzle to maximumas you slowly move the cup up and downso that the nozzle dips in and out of themilk. Every fifth dip, submerge the nozzleas far as possible into the cup. Continue thisprocess until the milk is hot. This processwill take approximately two minutes.4. Once the milk is hot turn the steam nozzleknob to the off position.5. Remove the pitcher and using the handle onthe nozzle, push it back over the drip tray.6. Turn the steam knob on slowly to get excessmilk out of the nozzle.
