Familiarity with theold appliance sometimes makes it difficult to get used to a newoven. if you feel that the oven temperature is consistently highor low, the temperature of the new oven can be calibrated. thecalibration needs to be done only once.to calibrate the oven temperature:Press the1. baKe key.Press the2. TIME • TEMP + pad to set a temperature of 500˚For higher.Press and hold the3. baKe key. after approximately 5 secondsthe temperature display is replaced by “00”. the baKe keycan be released. the calibration mode has been accessed.Press the4. TIME • TEMP + or TIME • TEMP – key to setthe amount of temperature adjustment. the temperaturecan be changed a maximum of 35˚F higher or lower. Setthe adjustment to positive (+) numbers to increase the oventemperature; set the adjustment to negative (–) numbers toreduce the oven temperature. temperatures can be adjustedin increments of 5˚F.after setting the desired temperature adjustment, press the5.CANCEL • SECURE key to exit the calibration mode and toreset the clock display.note:if the1.
