A new filter should be installedimmediately when the Change light is illuminated.After replacing the filter, press and hold the Reset Filter key forthree seconds. The Alert and Change lights will go off.Important InformatIonInitial Temperature SettingsTemperatures are preset at 38°F (3°C) in the fresh foodcompartment and 0°F (-18°C) in the freezer compartment. Thedisplay will show the average compartment temperatures, basedon several measurement points within the compartment.Note:Temperatures displayed may vary from set point due to dooropenings or during defrost. Thermometers placed in the refrig-erator may record a temperature slightly above or below thedisplayed temperature. This is normal as the displayed temper-ature is an average.Temperature Adjustments• Allow the temperature to stabilize for 24 hours after loading therefrigerator before making any temperature adjustments.• The first touch of the up or down arrow shows the currenttemperature set point.• Subsequent touches of the key raise the temperature setpoint or the key lowers the temperature set point.• The display will show the new set point for approximately threeseconds, then return to the actual temperature currently withinthat compartment.• Limit temperature changes to one degree at a time.
