13Basic OperationAdjusting the Airflow DirectionYou can adjust the airfl ow direction to increase your comfort.CAUTION• Always use a remote controller to adjust the angles of the fl ap and louvres.− If you attempt to move the fl ap and louvres forcibly by hand when they are swinging, the mechanismmay be damaged.− Inside the air outlet, a fan is rotating at a high speed. To start auto swingUp and down airflow directionPress .• “ ” appears on the LCD.• The fl ap (horizontal blade) will begin to swing.Right and left airflow directionPress .• “ ” appears on the LCD.• The louvres (vertical blades) will begin to swing.The 3-D airflow directionPress and .• “ ” and “ ” appear on the LCD.• The fl ap and louvres move in turn.• To cancel 3-D airfl ow, press either or again.The fl ap or louvres will stop moving.
