Thisis part of a six gauge package for touring models so you can add additional gauges as you choose.The MCL-3K-OIL gauge can be set for two stock Harley pressure senders, ‘96-‘98 and ‘99-upmodel years. There is a display update setting for how fast the numbers will change, as well as a usersettable low and high pressure warning points. When a warning condition is reached, the gauge willflash the reading as a warning indicator. For higher pressure and more accurate pressure readings, oneof two Dakota Digital senders may be used: 0-75 psi SEN-1032, or 0-150 psi SEN-1031.***Please read SETUP section to select correct pressure sensor for you application.INSTALLATIONFirst read and familiarize yourself with all of the components and this manual. The first step is toremove the seat and disconnect the negative side of the battery, as with any electronic install. Once thebattery is disconnected you are ready to start.REMOVAL OF FACTORY GAUGESRemove the outer fairing; this will vary from model to model, please follow the service manual toexpose the wiring and gauges.
