However specialcircumstances can required full light in the display.At the bottom a power connector is used forconnecting a optional Power Adapter used forsupplying power for full light in the display. Pleasenote, that the interpreter set is functioning perfectlyalso without light in the display.Please observe that only the Power adapter suppliedwith the interpreter set can be used. Other Poweradapters might damage the interpreter set.• Loudspeaker ConnectorA D-Sub 9 pole connector for connecting theLS6032 Loudspeaker unit is located at the bottomof the unit. The LS6032 Loudspeaker has a separateVolume control. The loudspeaker will bedisconnected automatically if a microphone isswitched on at one of the interpreter sets in thesame booth (same A-language). This connector isonly on some versions of the Interpreter Set.• DCS LAN connectorTwo RJ45 sockets are located at the bottom of theunit for connecting to the previous unit (anInterpreter set or CU 6010 or an other DCS 6000unit) and to the next unit.Set up for each interpreters setWhen an IS 6132 interpreter unit is connected to theCU 6010, the following start-up screen is shownThe 9 digit number at the bottom of the display isthe units serial number. Each of the three positionsseparated by dots can hold a value of 0-255 giving amaximum serial number of 255.255.255.After some seconds the following type of screen isshown:This screen will be different on the variousInterpreter sets, depending on the individual set-upof the Interpreter Set. If the welcoming screen doesnot disappear, the interpreter set has not been set-up. For setting up the interpreter set, please see nextsection.A black dot in the middle of the first line indicatesthat the Audio out from the interpreter unit ismuted. The reason for this is communicationproblems. Cables etc. have to be checked.Setup menuBefore using an Interpreter Set, a set-up of the A-language and B-language has to be done on allother interpreters’ sets.When b and B are depressed simultaneously the set-up menu is shown:When the unit is un-configured (has not yetreceived an address) the first two menus will not beavailable.
