Datamax-O’Neilspecifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specificpurpose and will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequentialdamages. Datamax-O’Neil’s total liability is limited to the repair or replacement of theproduct. The warranty set forth above is inclusive and no other warranty, whether written ororal is expressed or implied.5.3.3 Warranty and/or Repair ServiceA Return Authorization number must be issued before a unit is returned to Datamax-O’Neilfor repair. Once a unit has been properly returned to Datamax-O’Neil (Note: The customer isresponsible for ensuring proper packing to prevent damage in transit as well as the shippingcosts back to Datamax-O’Neil), it will be repaired (estimates are provided first if the repaircost is estimated above $100.00) and returned via UPS ground. The customer may elect afaster mode of transport at their cost.
