Fully unfold the wheelsby turning them outwards (Fig. 1). Turn the radiator back toits upright position.CautionAlways operate the heater in upright position only (wheelson the bottom, controls on top).Any other position could create a hazardous situation.LocationThe heater must not be placed immediately below a poweroutlet. Do not use this radiator in rooms having a surface areaof less than 43 square feet (4 sq.m.).ConnectionThe radiator should be connected to a properly polarized A/C110/120 V household outlet in perfect working condition.Keep loose clothing or bedding, furniture and flammablematerial away from the heater's wall outlet.Turning onInsert the plug into an electrical outlet, rotate the thermostatknob to maximum and turn the unit on as follows using thepower selector:- Turn the power selector to position MIN to selectminimum output (the min light will be on).- Turn the power selector to position MED to selectmedium output (the min/med light will be on).- Turn the power selector to position MAX to selectmaximum output (the lights will be on).Adjusting the thermostatWhen the room has reached the desired temperature, turnthe thermostat dial slowly in an anti-clockwise directionuntil you hear a "click" and not beyond it. The thermostatwill then adjust the set temperature automatically and keepit constant.If your unit is a three-output version, in intermediate seasonsor on days when temperatures are not particularly cold, selectminimum output to optimize savings and consumption.Antifreeze functionTurn the thermostat dial to the position and the powerselector to position MAX. The appliance will maintain aminimum room temperature of approximately 5°C (41°F),thus preventing freezing while conserving energy.
