The appliance is not intended for useby persons (including children) withreduced physical, sensory or mentalcapabilities, or lack of experience andknowledge, unless they have beengiven supervision or instruction con-cerning use of the appliance by a per-son responsible for their safety. Keepappliance/power cord/capsule holderout of reach of children. Children shallnot use the appliance.6. Unplug from outlet before cleaning.Allow to cool before putting on ortaking off parts, and before cleaningthe appliance. Never clean wet orimmerse appliance in any fluid. Neverclean the appliance with runningwater. Never use detergents to cleanthe appliance.7. After use of the appliance alwaysremove the capsule and clean thecapsule holder. Empty and clean driptray and capsule bin daily.Never put your hand inside the spacefor the capsules. Risk of injury!8. Do not pull rinsing tool up duringdescaling process. Rinse the watertank and clean the machine to avoidany residual descaling agent.9. Any operation, cleaning and careother than normal use must be un-dertaken by after-sales service centersapproved by Nespresso Club Hotline.10. Do not operate any appliance witha damaged cord or plug or after theappliance malfunctions, or has beendamaged in any manner. Unplug cordimmediately. Return appliance to thenearest authorized service facility ap-proved by Nespresso Club Hotline forexamination, repair or adjustment.11. Do not dismantle appliance and donot put anything into openings.12. The use of accessory attachmentsnot recommended by the appliancemanufacturer may result in fire, elec-tric shock or injury to persons.13. Do not use outdoors.14. Do not let cord hang over edge oftable or counter, or touch hot surfacesor sharp edges. Do not allow cord todangle (risk of tripping up).15. Do not place on or near a hot gas orelectric burner, or in a heated oven.16. To disconnect, turn any control to“off ”, then remove plug from walloutlet. Do not unplug by pulling thecord.17.
