Orifices: The fryer can be configured to operate on any available gas. The correct safetycontrol valve, appropriate gas orifices, and pilot burner are installed at the factory. While thevalve can be adjusted in the field, only qualified service personnel should make anyadjustments with the proper test equipment.WARNINGIf gas odors are detected, the gas supply must be shut off at the main shut-off valve.The local gas company or FASC should be contacted immediately to rectify theproblem.I. After connecting the fryer to the gas supply, bleed the gas line of air to ensure that the pilotwill ignite quickly.
