Have the grounding installation madeby a qualified electrician. The manufacturerand the seller do not accept responsibilityfor any damage due to incorrect installationor electrical connection.Safety installationx A removable horizontal board must befitted below the hob and 75mm away fromthe worktop bottom face.x Space between this board and theappliance must be empty and no objectsmay be stored or kept there.x This board will effectively shield the userfrom the base of the hob which gets hotduring use. The board needs to beremovable for service purposes as thehob, once installed, can only be loosenedfrom below.x If the appliance is installed with a sideadjacent to a vertical kitchen cabinet, thedistance between the edge of theappliance and that of the cabinet sidemust be a least 150mm. The rated current isprinted on the serial number label attachedto the base cover.The hob must be connected to the mainsthrough a double pole isolating switch whichhas a minimum clearance between thecontacts of 3 mm in both poles.A means for disconnection must be providedin the fixed wiring.
