-9-143292 - REV1500/1000 Rotary Cutter (30-January-2018)CLEVIS HITCH HOOK-UP1. Ensure the settings in the “How To Set Your Tractor”section have been completed.2. Pin cutter clevis into thesupported position for hook-upusing the clevis support pin.3. Adjust cutter height with jack toallow enough height for tractordrawbar.4. Remove hitch pin from tractordrawbar or cutter hitch.5. Clear the area of bystanders, back up tractor tocutter, aligning tractor drawbar with cutter hitch.6. Engage tractor parking brake and/or placetransmission in “Park”, shut off tractor engine,and remove key.7. Remove hitch clevis support pin and place into itsstorage position.8. Install and secure drawbar pin.Lower cutter onto drawbar.9. Remove jack and place inproper storage position.10. Install Safety Chain, refer to the“Installing Safety Chain” section (pg.10).How To Hook-Up Your CutterPRECISION HITCH HOOK-UP1.
