Exterior: Cabinet exterior front, including door, isconstructed of heavy gauge stainless steel. Exteriorsides are gray coated heavy gauge steel. Back isaluminum.Interior: Cabinet interior, including door liner isconstructed of white coated, corrosion resistantaluminum. Interior floor is heavy gauge stainlesssteel. Radius corners are provided in the front, rearand at the floor. Three white epoxy coated shelves aresupplied per full door section. Shelves rest on clipswhich are adjustable on 1” increments on pilastersaffixed to the cabinet interior. Pilasters are removablewithout tools for cleaning. Interior light mountedto the side wall is controlled automatically througha switch mounted at the top of the door opening.Door openings have plastic breaker strips to retardcondensate formation.Doors: Exterior is heavy gauge stainless steel, interiorliner is white coated aluminum and is formed toprotrude past the gasket to provide protection. Door gaskets are magnetic and mount to thedoor, snapping into place and are removable withouttools.Refrigeration system: Evaporator coil is mounted to theinterior ceiling. Condensing unit is located at the bottomof the cabinet, below the storage area. Environmentallyfriendly R404A refrigerant is used. System has thecapability of maintaining between -5˚F and 0˚F in normalfoodservice operational use. Refrigerant is meteredusing a capillary tube. Operation is controlled throughan adjustable electromechanical thermostat locatedon the evaporator coil on the interior of the cabinet.Airflow discharges from the rear of the evaporatorcoil down the back wall. Return air is drawn into theevaporator coil from the front with the assist for fans.Condensate evaporation is automatic using hot gas fromnormal refrigeration system operation.
