Bottom and top surfaces aredie stamped to provide radius corners and recessedfloor. Interior light mounted to the interior ceiling iscontrolled automatically through a switch mounted inthe hinge assembly to protect against breakage. Dooropenings are protected with heavy gauge stainlesssteel breaker strips. An air duct is mounted to theceiling assuring low velocity, even air movementthroughout the cabinet interior.Glass Doors: Double paned tempered thermopane glass.Constructed with a combination of extruded aluminumand PVC. Each door has two edgemount, self-closing, camlift style hinges. Doors can be removed from the cabinetwithout the use of tools. Door handle is continuous alongvertical dimension of the door. Door gaskets are magneticand mount to the door, snapping in place and removablewith out tools. Keyed door lock is mounted to the door.Lock is mounted to the door. Lock engages into a heavyduty strike mounted to the cabinet face.Heating System: Cabinets are designed to maintaintemperatures between 120˚F and 200˚F. Heating elementsare helical shaped, with tubular fins. High speed blowerprovides uniform airflow in the cabinet. Entire heatingsystem is mounted to the exterior of the cabinet ceiling,outside the food zone. It is assembled as one piece and canbe removed as one piece. Temperature is controlled by anadjustable electronic thermostat. System on/off switch islocated on the front exterior of the cabinet.Electrical: Standard electrical is 120/208-240 volt,60Hz, single phase.
