SM models shall havecorrosion resistant aluminum on exterior cabinet sides and will havestainless front and shroud. All units shall have the upper shroudhinged with a gas assist stay open feature to provide easy access tothe refrigeration system.Interior: Cabinet interior shall be corrosion resistant stainless steel(SS models) or heavy gauge aluminum (SA and SM models). Bottomand top surfaces shall be die stamped to provide radius cornersand recessed floor. Mounted to the interior ceiling, the interiorincandescent light is controlled automatically through a switchmounted in the hinge assembly to protect against breakage. Dooropenings are protected with heavy gauge stainless steel breakerstrips. An air duct shall be mounted to the ceiling assuring lowvelocity, even air movement throughout the cabinet interior.Each section can accommodate a 28 1/2” x 27 1/4” x 72” cart.Doors: Exterior shall be corrosion resistant stainless steel. Interiorliner shall be stainless steel. Each door has two edge mount, selfclosing, cam lift style hinges. Doors can be removed from the cabinetwithout the use of tools. Metal door handle shall be recessed into thedoor for easy grip without impacting aisle space. Keyed door lock ismounted in the door next to the handle. Lock engages into a heavyduty strike mounted to the cabinet face. Door gaskets are magneticand mount to the door snapping in place and are removable withouttools.Heating system: Cabinets are designed to maintain temperaturesbetween 120ºF and 200ºF. Heating elements are helical shaped,with tubular fins. High speed blower provides uniform airflow inthe cabinet. Entire heating system is mounted to the exterior of thecabinet ceiling, outside the food zone. It is assembled as one pieceand can be removed as one piece. Temperature is controlled by anadjustable electronic thermostat.
