See Contacting Dell™ on page 76.Problem Possible SolutionNo image appears on thescreen• Ensure that the lens cap is removed and theprojector is turned on.• Ensure that the INPUT SELECT is setcorrectly in the OSD menu.• Ensure the external graphics port is enabled.If you are using a Dell™ portable computer,press (Fn+F8). For othercomputers, see your respectivedocumentation. The output signal from thecomputer is not according to industrystandards. Should this happen, upgrade thevideo driver of the computer. For Dellcomputer, see support.dell.com.• Ensure that all the cables are securelyconnected.
