Make sure you have paper loaded in the paper support.1.With your document open, click File Print.2.Click Properties, Options, Setup, or Preferences (depending on the program or operating system).3.The Printing Preferences dialog box appears along with the I Want To menu.From the Quality/Copies tab, select the number of copies to print.4.Activate the Collate Copies check box.5.Click OK or Print.6.Printing PhotosFrom Your ComputerLoad the photo paper with the print (glossy) side facing down. For more information, see Print MediaGuidelines for the Paper Support.1.Make sure you have a color cartridge and a photo cartridge (sold separately) installed. For moreinformation, see Replacing Ink Cartridges.2.With your document open, click File Print.3.To customize your print settings, click Preferences, Properties, Options, or Setup (depending onthe program or operating system).4.The Printing Preferences dialog box appears.On the Quality/Copies tab, select Photo and the paper type.5.NOTE: Photo/glossy or coated paper is recommended for printing photos.On the Paper Setup tab, select the paper size and orientation.6.On the Print Layout tab, select the photo layout.7.When finished customizing your photo, click OK.8.Click OK or Print (depending on the program or operating system).9.To prevent your photos from sticking together or smudging, remove each photo after it exits theprinter.10.NOTE: Before placing your prints in a nonadhesive photo album or frame, allow sufficient time for theprints to dry thoroughly (12 to 24 hours, depending on the ambient conditions). This maximizes thelife of your prints.
