Any programs or files addedsince you received your computer—includingdata files—are permanently deleted fromthe hard drive. Data files include documents,spreadsheets, e-mail messages, digital photos,music files, and so on. If possible, back up alldata before using Factory Image Restore.Turn on the computer.
