If the problem persists, contact Dell™ (see Contacting Dell™ on page 119).Problem Possible SolutionNo image appears on thescreen• Ensure that the lens cap is removed and theprojector is turned on.• Ensure that you have chosen the correctinput source on the INPUT SELECTmenu.• Ensure the external graphics port isenabled. If you are using a Dell™ Laptopcomputer, press (Fn+F8). Forother computers, see your respectivedocumentation. If images are not displayedproperly, please upgrade the video driver ofyour computer. For Dell computer, seesupport.dell.com.• Ensure that all the cables are securelyconnected. See "Connecting YourProjector" on page 12.• Ensure that the pins of the connectors arenot bent or broken.• Ensure that the lamp is securely installed(see "Changing the Lamp" on page 111).• Use Test Pattern in the Others menu.Ensure that the colors of the test patternare correct.Missing Input Source.Cannot switch to particularInput Source.Go to Advanced Enable/Disable Sources,ensure that particular Input Source is set toEnable.
