1 Installation and Implementation of a Dell SonicWALL Network Security Appliance | v1.0 | December 9, 2012Service DescriptionInstallation and Implementation of a Dell SonicWALL NetworkSecurity ApplianceIntroduction to your serviceThis service provides for the installation and implementation of a Dell SonicWALL NSA/E-ClassNSA/SuperMassive Network Security Appliance (the "Supported Product" or "Supported Products”),purchased in conjunction with this Service, up to the quantity defined by the SKU description, as setforth more specifically in this Service Description (the “Service” or “Services”).This Service includes the following: Physical installation and configuration of each Supported Product in accordance with specificCustomer environmental needs to ensure that the device is ready for implementation in theCustomer’s IP network environment. Firmware upgrades to vendor recommended version(s), as needed. Validate the functionality of each of the Supported Products.Dell will conduct a brief Supported Product orientation session at the conclusion of this Service.A Dell representative will contact the Customer to schedule this Service, allowing for at least a tenbusiness day lead time prior to the start of the Service, based upon a mutually agreed to resourceavailability. This Service will be provided during normal Dell business hours Monday through Friday(8:00am to 6:00pm Customer local time) unless specified otherwise in Appendix B. No serviceactivities shall take place during local, state and/or country holidays unless other arrangements havebeen made through the sales team and the Dell project manager.This Service Description (“Service Description”) is entered among you the customer (“you” or“Customer”) and the Dell entity identified on your invoice for the purchase of this Service. This Serviceis governed by and subject to Customer’s separate signed master services agreement with Dell thatexplicitly authorizes the sale of this Service (as defined herein) or, in the absence of such agreement,Dell’s terms of sale applicable to commercial customers, which are available at www.Dell.com andincorporated by reference in their entirety herein, and the parties acknowledge having read and agreeto be bound by such online terms.
