With control knob pressed in, push downand release ignitor button. This will lightpilot. The pilot is attached to the front ofburner. Note: You may be running thisheater for the first time after hooking up togas supply. If so, you may need to press incontrol knob for 30 seconds or more. Thiswill allow air to bleed from the gas system.If needed, keep pressing ignitor button untilpilot lights. If ignitor does not light pilot, re-fer to Troubleshooting, page 19 or contact aqualified service person or gas supplier forrepairs. Until repairs are made, light pilotwith match. To light pilot with match, seeManual Lighting Procedure, page 16.8. Keep control knob pressed in for 30 sec-onds after lighting pilot.
