Remove all protective packing applied toheater for shipment.2. Remove heater from shipping container.3. Check heater for any shipping damage. Ifheater is damaged, promptly inform dealerwhere you bought heater.OPERATIONThe Fuel System: The motor turns the fuel pump. The fuel pump pulls fuel from the fuel tank. The fuel pump pushes fuel through a filter and asolenoid valve and out the burner head nozzle. Afine mist of fuel is sprayed into the combustionchamber. The Air System: The motor turns the fan. Thefan pushes air into and around the combustionchamber. This air is heated and provides a streamof clean, hot air.The Ignition System: The electronic ignitor sendsvoltage to the spark plug. The spark plug ignitesthe fuel and air mixture. The Flame-Out Control System: This systemcauses the heater to shut down if the flame goesout. It also allows the fan to continue runningafter normal shutdown of heater. This cools thecombustion chamber.Figure 3 - Cross Section OperationalViewFanCleanHeatedAir OutCombustionChamber SparkPlugBurnerHeadSolenoid ValveMotorElectronicIgnitorFuel Tank NozzleFuelAir forCombustionand HeatingFuel Line ToSolenoid Valve FuelFilterFuelPickupLineCoolAir InFuel Pump/Fuel Filter
