Place green ground wire with ring ter-minal between bottom hole on thermalswitch bracket and top ear hole on blowerassembly. Insert Phillips screw into allthree pieces and tighten securely (seeFigure 28).2. Connect wire harness and power cordterminals. Connect blue jumper wire toblower motor terminal and right side termi-nal of thermal switch. Connect black wireto left side of thermal switch and whitewire to other remaining blower motorterminal.Note: Power cord outer insulation sleeve mayhave to be stripped slightly to allow enoughwire length to reach and make all connec-tions. DO NOT trim excessive length away.Enable just enough to make all connectionssecurely.3. Place blower against lower rear wall offirebox outer wrapper with exhaust port di-rected upward and thermodisc positionedup near fireplace bottom. Thermodiscmust be oriented near fireplace bottomas shown in Figure 28 in order to sensetemperature and properly operate. Blowerwill be held in position against back wallby magnets incorporated onto blowerhousing (see Figure 28).4. Be certain that all wire terminals aresecurely attached to terminals on blowermotor and thermal switch and that screwfor thermodisc bracket and green groundwire is tight.5. Mount speed control box against mount-ing plate provided in lower fireplacecavity by placing plastic control shaftforward through round hole (see Figure26, page 19).6. While supporting speed control, securecontrol shaft with lock nut by pushing andturning lock nut with pliers clockwise untilit is tight against mounting plate.
