Check power adapterconnections, then switch the power on.A portable memorydevice is inserted in theframe, but you can’tview your pictures.• Make sure that the portable memory device is one of thesupported formats and that the files on the device areJPEG image files.• Turn the digital picture frame off and make sure that theportable memory device is inserted all the way into theslot or port and is inserted correctly, then turn it back on.After a few seconds, you should see your first picture.• Try formatting the portable memory device using acomputer.Caution: Formatting the device will erase all files onthe device. Back up the files on the device to yourcomputer before attempting to format the device.• Some digital cameras save images in formats other thanJPEG. Refer to your camera’s manual for details.The frame displays somepictures slower thanothers.Higher resolution pictures load more slowly. Try usinglower resolution pictures or down-sampling (compressingor resizing) them using a computer.
