Before engagingthe water flow ensure that the plughole is clear of any obstructions and thatwater can drain freely.hoW to use1. Place your hands beneath the centre of the tap and it will start the water flowautomatically for as long as the hands remain in place.2. Place your hands to either side of the centre tap to activate the hand dryer,creating sheets of air to scrape water from your hands.3. Move your hands backwards and forwards slowly through the air, turning themover so both back and front are exposed to the airflow.trouBLeshooting guideProblem actionThe hand dryer fails to start. Check fuse/circuit breaker is working and thatthe power and water supply are connected.Ensure the cleaning cap is removed and that thesensors are clean and unobstructed.Turn the machine on and off.The hand dryer is turning on and off erratically. Ensure sensors are clean.Check that the sensor cable from the tap issecurely connected.The hand dryer sometimes cuts out when in usebut resumes operation after a period of time.Check the air inlet is clean and free of dust.If the air inlet is dusty simply remove dust.Ensure that the air inlet is free from obstructionsand has sufficient clearance (see installationinstructions).The dry time of the hand dryer has increased.The air flow from the hand dryer is runninghotter than usual.Inspect the inlet grill for dust and remove.Inspect filter and change if required.Ensure that the hose is securely attached to thebase of the tap and no leaks are present.Air is continuously running from the hand dryer. Clean the air inlets on the base of the motor bucket REGULARLY.generaL adviCeall cleaning chemicals should be used exactly as indicated by themanufacturer’s instructions (including appropriate dilution).If a cleaning product is left on the machine for too long, a film will form.Any chemicals intended for use should first be tested on an inconspicuous area toconfirm suitability.
