5510/15 MN03402004Z-DE/EN8 Using the deviceSettings Before commissioning the PKE motor-protective circuit-breaker, the rated motor current must be set using thesetting dial on the PKE motor-protective circuit-breaker(a Table 9, Page 40). The setting dial on the trip block has16 detent positions. This makes the following settingspossible:Table 16: Overview of settings on trip blockTest The motor-protective circuit-breaker features a test function(a Figure 17, Page 44).When the test function is operated with the motor-protectivecircuit-breaker switched on, the PKE trips and all maincontacts open. The lines downstream of the PKE can then betested for zero voltage.
