184. Remove heat shield bolt (C) from the muffler cover.5. Carefully pull cylinder cover forward disengaging muffler gaskettabs and ignition lead and lay aside.6. Loosely install spark plug to keep debris out of the cylinder. Usebrush to remove dirt from cylinder fins.IMPORTANTDO NOT use a metal scraper to remove dirt from the cylinder fins.7. Assemble components in reverse order.NOTEWhen installing the cylinder cover, be certain the muffler gaskettabs (D) are locked into the muffler grill slots and the stop switchlead is seated in the rubber grommet.Cylinder Exhaust PortLevel 3.IMPORTANTThe cylinder exhaust port must be inspected and cleaned of excesscarbon every 3 months or 90 hours of operation in order to maintainthis engine within the emissions durability period.
