10blade sTIffener removal1. Move stop switch to stop position.2. Disconnect spark plug wire.WARNINGHedge clipper blades are very sharp. Touching them may lead tosevere personal injury. Use a socket and extension when remov-ing locknuts in order to keep hands at a safe distance from sharpblades.3. Remove blade stiffener locknuts (A).4. Remove blade stiffener.NOTEAssure blade bolts (B) are tightened securely.5. Secure blades with locknuts (A).NOTEUse new locknuts every other time blade stiffener is installed orremoved.InsTall blade sTIffener1. Move stop switch to stop position.2.
