RedialPress the redial button to quickly dial the last numberyou called (up to digits).If you get a busy signal, and want to keep dialing thenumber, press redial to dial the number again.In Use IndicatorWhen the charge/in use indicator on the base is lit, thehandset is either in use or charging. The charge/in useindicator on the base and the incoming-call-alarm at thebase front cradle flash when you receive a call.FlashIf you subscribe to the combined Call Waiting CallerID service from your local telephone company youwill receive Caller ID information (if available) on CallWaiting calls. During a phone call, you will hear a beepto indicate another call is waiting on the line and CallerID information for the waiting call shows on the handsetdisplay. To connect the waiting call, press the flash/program button on the handset and your original call isput on hold. You may switch back and forth between thetwo calls by pressing the flash/program button.TIP: Do not use the talk/call back button toactivate custom calling services such as callwaiting, or you’ll hang up the phone. |
