Should you need any assistance, please contact us at 1-800-730-6597.Symptoms and CauseIn certain units, the voltage of fully charged batteries may be under-reported by the camera’sbattery meter, which causes the batteries to be registered as only 1/3 power, or in some cases,zero power (displayed on the LCD screen as “Power Exhausted”).ResolutionThe battery indicator meter can be reset by following the instructions below to install the latestfirmware to your camera.INSTRUCTIONS:Before you begin, you must have the following items available: SD card Computer Internet access GE camera1.
