Other types of cleanersmay not be as effective.To maintain and protect the surface ofyour glass cooktop, follow these steps:Before using the cooktop for thefirst time, clean it with CeramicCooktop Cleaner. This helps protectthe top and makes cleanup easier.Daily use of Ceramic CooktopCleaner will help keep the cooktoplooking new.Shake the cleaning cream well.Apply a few drops of CeramicCooktop Cleaner directly to thecooktop.Use a paper towel for CeramicCooktops to clean the entirecooktop surface.Use a dry cloth or paper towelto remove all cleaning residue.No need to rinse.NOTE: It is very important that you DO NOT heatthe cooktop until it has been cleaned thoroughly.Burned-On ResidueAllow the cooktop to cool.Use a single-edge razor blade scraperat approximately a 45° angle againstthe glass surface and scrape the soil.It will be necessary to apply pressureto the razor scraper in order toremove the residue.After scraping with the razor scraper,spread a few drops of CeramicCooktop Cleaner on the entireburned residue area.
