Installation InstructionsREVERSING THE DOOR SWING2 REMOVE THE FREEZER DOORTape the door shut with masking tape.Remove the center hinge by removing the screws. Liftup the hinge to remove it.NOTE: Some models have a washer between thecenter hinge and the top of the freezer door. Be carefulnot to lose them.Remove the tape holding the door shut.Lift the freezer door up and off the bottom hinge.Set the door outside-up on a non-scratching surface.NOTE: When removing the door, watch for washer(s)between the bottom hinge and the bottom of thefreezer door that may stick to the door. Do not lose.NOTICE: Do not let door drop to the floor. Doing socould damage the door stop.103 BOTTOM HINGERemove the screws and bottom hinge from the rightside. Remove the screw covers from the left corner.Using the left hinge included with the parts that camewith your refrigerator along with the screws (andwashers if applicable) removed earlier, install the lefthinge onto the bottom left of your refrigerator.Place the screw covers into the holes now vacant onthe right.1 REMOVE THE FRESH FOOD DOORRemove the hinge cover. Unscrew and remove the tophinge.Lift the fresh food doorup and away from theappliance.Set the door on a non-scratching surface withthe outside up.NOTICE: Do not let door drop to the floor. Doing socould damage the door stop.IMPORTANT NOTESWhen reversing the door swing:• Read the instructions all the way through before starting.• Handle parts carefully to avoid scratching paint.• Set screws down by their related parts to avoid usingthem in the wrong places.• Provide a non-scratching work surface for the doors.• It is recommended that 2 people perform this task.IMPORTANT: Once you begin, do not move the cabinetuntil door-swing reversal is completed.These instructions are for changing the hinges from theULJKWVLGHWRWKHOHIWVLGH³LI\RXHYHUZDQWWRFKDQJHthe hinges back to the right side, follow these sameinstructions and reverse all references to left and right.Unplug the refrigerator from its electrical outlet.Empty all door shelves.TOOLS YOU WILL NEED8 mm Socket driverPhillips screwdriver Putty knife orthin-blade screwdriverMasking tape
