Rinse well with a vinegarand water solution.To clean the outside of the door: Use soap and water to thoroughly clean thetop, sides and front of the oven door. Rinsewell. You may also use a glass cleaner toclean the glass on the outside of the door.Do not let water drip into the ventopenings. If any stain on the door vent trim ispersistent, use a soft abrasive cleaner and asponge-scrubber for best results. Spillage of marinades, fruit juices, tomatosauces and basting materials containingacids may cause discoloration and shouldbe wiped up immediately. When surface iscool, clean and rinse. Do not use oven cleaners, cleaningpowders or harsh abrasives on theoutside of the door.Lift-Off Oven DoorCleaning the Oven DoorThe door is very heavy. Be careful whenremoving and lifting the door.Do not lift the door by the handle.To remove the door:Fully open the door.Pull the hinge locks down towardthe door frame, to the unlockedposition. A tool, such as a smallflat-blade screwdriver, may be required.Firmly grasp both sides of the door atthe top.Close door to the door removalposition, which is halfway between thebroil stop position and fully closed.Lift door up and out until the hingearm is clear of the slot.To replace the door:Firmly grasp both sides of the door atthe top.With thedoor at thesame angle asthe removalposition, seat theindentation ofthe hinge arminto the bottom edgeof the hinge slot. The notch in thehinge arm must be fully seated into thebottom of the slot.Fully open the door.
