Werecommend that you pull the rack out severalinches and then, using two pot holders, pull therack out by holding the sides of it. The rack is lowand you could be burned if you place your handin the middle of the rack and pull all the way ou t.Be very careful not to burn your hand on the do orwhen using the rack in the lowest position (A).When you are usingBaking results will be better if bakingpans are centered in the oven as muchas possible.
