Donot use any sharp items to remove thefilm. Remove all of the film before usingthe appliance for the first time.To assure no damage is done to thefinish of the product, the safest way toremove the adhesive from packagingtape on new appliances is an applicationof a household liquid dishwashingdetergent. Apply with a soft cloth andallow to soak.NOTE: The adhesive must be removed from allparts. It cannot be removed if it is baked on.Oven Light BulbsNOTE: The glass cover should beremoved only when cold. Wearing latexgloves may offer a better grip.CAUTION: Before replacing youroven light bulb, disconnect the electricalpower to the oven at the main fuse orcircuit breaker panel.Be sure to let the light cover and bulbcool completely.For your safety, do not touch a hot bulbwith bare hands or a damp cloth.To remove:Turn the glass covercounterclockwise 1/4 turn untilthe tabs of the glass cover clear thegrooves of the socket.Using gloves or a dry cloth, removethe bulb by pulling it straight out.To replace:Use a new 130-volt halogen bulb,not to exceed 50 watts.Using gloves or a dry cloth, removethe bulb from its packaging. Do nottouch the bulb with bare fingers.Push the bulb straight into thereceptacle all the way.Place the tabs of the glass cover intothe grooves of the socket. Turn theglass cover clockwise 1/4 turn.For improved lighting insidethe oven, clean the glass coverfrequently using a wet cloth.
