Clean with mildsoap and water or vinegar and water, rinsewith dean water and polish drywith a softdoth.Do not use abrasive cleansers, strong liquiddeaners, plastic scouring pads or ovendeaners on the control panel-they willdamage the finish. A 50/50 solution ofvinegar and hot water works well.The control knobs may be removed foreasier cleaning. To remove a knob, pull itstraight offthe stem. If knob is diificult toremove, place a towel or dishcloth betweenthe knob and control panel and pull gently.Wash the knobs in soap and water or avinegar and hot water solution.Metal parts can be cleaned with soap andwater. Do not use steel wool, abrasives,ammonia, acids or commerdai ovencleaners. Dry with a soft cloth.38
