Before replacing your oven lightbulb, disconnect the electrical power to the range atthe main fuse or circuit breaker panel or unplug therange from the electrical outlet. Let the bulb coolcompletely before removing it. Replace the bulb witha 40 watt appliance bulb only. Do not touch a hot bulbwith a damp cloth as the bulb will break.o..,~ ,-<,L ) 1’,,../ o@Control Panel and KnobsIt’s a good idea to wipe the control panel after eachuse of the oven. Clean with mild soap and water orvinegar and water, rinse with clean water and polishdry with a soft cloth.Do not use abrasive cleansers, strong liquid cleaners,plastic scouring pads or oven cleaners on the controlpanel—they will damage the finish. A 50/50 solutionof vinegar and hot water works well.The control knobs may —~;;;~~;?~;;;~$~;nob, @W+~pull it straight off thestem. If knob is difficult ~ ‘ =to remove, place a towel ~or dishcloth between the knob and control paneland pull gently. Wash the knobs in soap and wateror a vinegar and hot water solution but do not soak.Metal parts can be cleaned with soap and water.Do not use steel wool, abrasives, ammonia, acidsor commercial oven cleaners. Dry with a soft cloth.Removable Broiler Drawer (on some models)To remove:1. When the broiler is cool, remove the rack and pan.2. Pull the broiler drawer out until it stops, then pushit back in about one inch.3. Grasp the handle, lift and pull the broiler drawer out.Clean the broiler drawer with hot soapy water.To replace:Hold the broiler drawer in the raised position as youslide it partway into the range. Then lower the drawerand push it completely closed.Broiler Pan and RackAfter broiling, remove the broiler pan from the oven. Both the broiler pan andRemove the rack from the pan. Carefully pour out rack can also be cleanedgrease from the Pan into a Prouer container.
