To stopthe signal, press the CLEAR/OFF pad.Use hot pads to remove the probefrom the food. Do not use tongs topull on it—they might damage it.CAUTION: To prevent possible burns, do not –unplug the probe from the oven outlet until the ovenhas cooled. Do not store the probe in the oven.NOTE:l If the probe is removed from the food before thefinal temperature is reached, a tone will sound andthe display will flash until the probe is removedfrom the oven.l You will hear a fan while cooking with this feature.The fan will stop when the door is opened but theheat will not turn off.l A second fan may automatically turn on and off tocool internal parts. This is normal and the fan maycontinue to run even after the oven is turned off.l You can use the timer even though you cannot usetimed oven operations.To change the oven temperature during theConvection Roast cycle, press the CONV. ROASTpad and then press the INCREASE or DECREASEpad to get the new desired temperature.16
