Use care when cleaning the vent fanfilters. Corrosive cleaning agents, such aslye-based oven cleaners, may damagethe filters. When preparing flaming foods under themicrowave, turn the fan on. Never leave surface units beneath yourmicrowave oven unattended at highheat settings. Boilovers cause smokingand greasy spillovers that may igniteand spread if the microwave vent fanis operating. To minimize automatic fanoperation, use adequate sized cookwareand use high heat on surface units onlywhen necessary.GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONSThis appliance must be grounded. Inthe event of an electrical short circuit,grounding reduces the risk of electric shockby providing an escape wire for the electriccurrent.This appliance is equipped with a powercord having a grounding wire with agrounding plug.
