Components repaired or replacedarewarranted through the remainder of the original warrantyperiod only.This warranty is extended to the original purchaser andany succeeding owner for products purchased for homeuse within Canada. In home warranty service will beprovided in areas where it is available and deemedreasonable by Mabe to provide.• Owner is responsible to pay for service calls relatedto product installation and/or teaching how to usethe product.• Damage to finish must be reported within 48 hoursfollowing the delivery of the appliance.• Damage to finish after delivery.• Improper installation-proper installation includesadequate air circulation to the refrigeration system,adequate electrical, plumbing and other connectingfacilities.• Replacement of house fuses or resetting of circuitbreakers.• Replacement of light bulbs.• Damage to product caused by accident, fire, floodsor acts of God.• Loss of food due to spoilage.• Proper use and care of product as listed in theowner's manual, proper setting of controls.• Product not accessible to provide required service.• WARRANTORISNOT RESPONSIBLEFORCONSEQUENTIALDAMAGES.This warranty is in addition to any statutory warranty.EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES--Your sole and exclusive remedg is product repair as provided in thisLimited Warranty.
