Your oven has the following convection cookingmodes: Bake Multi Rack and Roast. See the CookingModes section for more information.2. Traditional Cooking Modes: Your oven has thefollowing traditional cooking modes: Bake, Broil Hi,Broil Lo and Warm. See the Cooking Modes section formore information.3. Clean: Your oven may have two cleaning modes: SelfClean and Steam Clean (convection models only).See the Cleaning the Oven section for importantinformation about using these modes.4. Start: Must be pressed to start any cooking, cleaning,or timed function.5. Cancel/Off: Cancels ALL oven operations except theclock and timer.6. Cook Time: Counts down cooking time and turnsoff the oven when the cooking time is complete.Press the Cook Time pad, use the number pads toprogram a cooking time in hours and minutes, thenpress Start. This can only be used with TraditionalBake, Convection Bake, Convection Bake Multi, andConvection Roast.7. Clock: Sets the oven clock time. Press the 9 and 0 padsand hold for 3 seconds or press Set Clock pad (onsome models). Use the number pads to program theclock. Press Start to save the time.8. Timer: Works as a countdown timer. Press the Timerpad and the number pads to program the time inhours and minutes. Press the Start pad. The oven willcontinue to operate when the timer countdown iscomplete. To turn the timer off press the Timer pad.9. Delay Time: Delays when the oven will turn on. Usethis to set a time when you want the oven to start.Press the Delay Time pad and use the number padsto program the time of day for the oven to turn on.Press the desired cooking mode and temperature thenpress Start. A cook time may also be programmed ifdesired. Probe: Monitors internal food temperature and turnsthe oven off when the food reaches the programmedtemperature. Insert the probe, program the cookingmode, and program the probe temperature. See theCooking Modes section for more information. Theprobe can only be used with Traditional Bake andConvection Roast.11. Oven Light(s): Turns the oven light(s) on or off.12. Lock Controls: Locks out the control so that pressingthe pads does not activate the controls. Press and holdthe Lock Controls pad for three seconds to lock orunlock the control. Cancel/Off is always active, evenwhen the control is locked.13. Warming Drawer: Will keep hot, cooked foods atserving temperature. Press the Warming Drawer pad.Use the number pad to select the temperature setting.Press 1 for Low, 2 for Medium or 3 for High, thenpress Start. Push Warming Drawer on/off to turn offwarming drawer.Oven Controls (Cont.)USING THE OVEN: Oven Controls / Oven Air VentsOven Air VentsVent appearance and location vary.Never block the vents (air openings) of the range. Theyprovide the air inlet and outlet that are necessary for therange to keep cool and operate properly with correctcombustion.Air openings are located at the rear of the cooktop, atthe top and bottom of the oven door, and at the bottomof the range.
