Den Dampfbackofen auf die Wärmeschublade inden Einbauschrank einschieben.Wichtig: Beim Einschieben die Blende und den Griff derWärmeschublade nicht beschädigen.AusbauGerät spannungslos machen. The local electricity supplier’s regulations andconstruction regulations apply.Do not install another electrical appliance above thisappliance in the cabinet.Dispose of the packaging according to local regulations.Check the appliance for any transport damage.The appliance must be disconnected from the electricitybefore any installation work takes place.Accessories for installationYou can order the following accessories for installation:GZ 010-011: Extension for inlet and outlet (length 2 m).WF 040-020: Brita descaling system (filter head with non-return valve and filter cartridge) for first installationIf the hardness of the water exceeds 9° (English waterhardness), you must install a descaling system betweenthe tap and the appliance to reduce the build-up oflimescale.Preparing the Cabinet – Figure 1a /1b1 – cold water connection2 – water drain3 – descaling systemFitted units must be heat-resistant up to 90 °C, adjacentunit fronts up to at least 70 °C.Secure furniture which is not fitted to the wall using astandard fixture.Install the appliance low enough to allow trays to be easilyremoved.Electrical ConnectionObserve rating plate data for voltage and total rating.Important: only connect in accordance with theconnection diagram. Fit the enclosed copper bridges asrequired.Mains connection lead: Type H05 VV-F or higher. Theyellow-green lead for the earth connection must be 10 mmlonger on the appliance side than the other leads.Do not trap the lead during installation and do not guide itover sharp edges.The appliance corresponds to safety class I and may onlybe used in conjunction with a safety earth terminal. Fuseprotection using B or C circuit breakers is required.An all pin isolating switch with a contact gap of at least3 mm must be installed.Shock protection must be guaranteed by the installation.Water Connection – Figure 24 – electrical connection5 – cold water connection6 – water drainOnly connect the appliance to a cold water connection(water pressure 2 - 10 bar) with a R 3/4˝ hose connector.The water connection must always be accessible, andmust not be directly behind the appliance.If the hardness of the water exceeds 9° (English waterhardness), you must install a descaling system betweenthe tap and the appliance. We recommend the Britadescaling system WF 040-020 which you can order fromyour kitchen specialist.Fit the elbow connector to the appliance. Fit the enclosedseals.Run the water for a few minutes if the water pipe is new orif it has not been in use for a prolonged period of timewithout the appliance being connected to the water mains.Otherwise, the water supply line may clog up and theappliance will signal that the water is low.The steam oven is protected against back-suction(DVGW-tested). There is therefore no need to installconnection fittings with non-return valve. Special localwaterworks regulations must be observed very precisely.7en |
