14The main operations of your steam oven are easilyset using the knobs.Using the right knob you can set the temperature.To switch on the light in the oven, turn thetemperature knob one position to the right.Temperature range:Steaming, hot air 30 - 230 °CDough proofing 30 - 50 °CDefrosting 40 - 60 °CRegenerating 60 - 140 °CThe light in the oven remains off if the temperatureis set below 70 °C.Using the left knob you can set the heating mode.The top position is steaming at 100% moisture.Setting the Temperature andHeating Mode1 Turn the function knob until the requiredheating mode appears on the screen.2 Set the temperature knob to the requiredtemperature.Temperature, moisture level and cooking modesymbol appear on the display. The light in theoven goes on.The heating up symbol f appears until the requiredtemperature is reached. The symbol appears againwhen the oven heats during operation.A signal sounds when the selected temperature isreached. Press any key to switch off the signal.Note: You can deactivate the heating up signal inthe basic settings.The temperature and heating mode can be changedat any time.When the meal is ready switch the steam oven offusing the temperature knob. The oven light goesoff. The standby screen appears.NoteThe appliance rinses automatically when you switchit on.If the L symbol appears on the left top side of thedisplay and three dashes instead of thetemperature, there is no water available. Check thewater supply.If three dashes appear on the display instead of thetemperature, the knobs have not been set to thecorrect position.
