Never touch theinterior surfaces of the cooking compartment or theheating elements. Always allow the appliance to cooldown. Keep children at a safe distance.m Risk of burns!Bulbs become very hot when switched on. There is stilla risk of burning for some time after they have beenswitched off. Allow the bulbs to cool down beforecleaning the appliance. Switch off appliance lightduring cleaning.m Risk of injury!Scratched glass in the appliance door may develop intoa crack. Do not use a glass scraper, sharp or abrasivecleaning aids or detergents.Cleaning agentsPay attention to the information in the table to avoiddamaging the various surfaces by incorrect cleaningagents.Do not use▯ harsh or abrasive cleaning agents▯ metal or glass scrapers to clean the glass on theappliance door▯ metal or glass scrapers to clean the door seal▯ hard abrasive pads or cleaning spongesThoroughly rinse out new sponge cloths before use.Area Cleaning agentDoor panels Glass cleaner: Clean with a window clothor a microfibre cloth. Do not use a glassscraper.Display Wipe down using a microfibre cloth or aslightly damp cloth. Do not wipe with awet cloth.Stainless steel Hot soapy water: Clean using a dishcloth and then dry with a soft cloth.Remove flecks of limescale, grease,starch and albumin (e.g. egg white)immediately. Corrosion can form underthese patches or splashes. Special stain-less-steel cleaning agents are availablefrom the after-sales service or from spe-cialist retailers.Aluminium Clean with a mild window cleaningagent. Using a window cloth or a non-fluffing microfibre cloth, wipe over thesurfaces lightly in a horizontal direction.CookingcompartmentHot soapy water:Clean with a dish cloth and dry with asoft cloth.Do not use oven spray or other aggres-sive oven cleaners or abrasive materials.Scouring pads, rough sponges and pancleaners are also unsuitable. These itemsscratch the surface.Always dry the cooking compartmentafter cleaning it (see section entitled 'Dry-ing programme').For regular care of the stainless steelcooking compartment, use cooking com-partment care products in accordancewith the manufacturer's instructions (partnumber 00667027 from the after-salesservice or from our online shop).Caution!Undissolved detergent causes patchesto appear when heating up. Remove alldetergent and care product residuesthoroughly with clean water before dryingthe cooking compartment.Very dirty cookingcompartmentThe cleaning programme removes stub-born dirt (see section entitled 'Cleaningprogramme').Glass ceramicgrilling surfaceClean the glass ceramic grilling surfacein the cooking compartment regularlywith glass ceramic cleaner (order num-ber 00311499 from the after-sales ser-vice or from the online shop). Removeburned-on residues with a glass scraper.Caution!Do not scratch the cooking compartmentwith the glass scraper.Glass cover for thecooking compart-ment lightHot soapy water: Clean with a dish cloth.Door sealDo not remove.Hot soapy water: Clean with a dish clothand do not scour.
