Check that the power cord has been insertedcorrectly.The ON/OFF button has not beenpressed long enough.Keep the ON/OFF button pressed for a fewsecondsThe drip tray fills upquickly.This is a normal phenomenon. Themachine uses water to rinse theinternal circuit and the brew group.Part of the water flows through theinternal system directly into thedrip tray.Empty the drip tray when the red indicatorappears through the grill.We recommend that a cup be placed under thedispensing spout to collect the rinse waterThe displaycontinuously shows the“coffee pucks containerfull” icon.The coffee pucks container hasbeen emptied when the machinewas off.Always empty the coffee pucks container whenthe machine is on. If you empty the coffeepucks container when the machine is off, thecoffee cycle counter does not reset. In thiscase, the display shows the icon even if thecontainer is not full.The coffee grounds drawer hasbeen put back too quickly.Always wait about 5 seconds when you replacethe coffee pucks container. This way, thecounter will reset to zero.The machine requeststhe coffee puckscontainer to be emptiedeven if it is not full.The machine has not reset thecounter the last time the coffeepucks container has been emptied.Always wait about 5 seconds when you replacethe coffee pucks container. This way, thecoffee grounds counter will reset to zero.Always empty the coffee pucks container whenthe machine is on. If you empty the coffeepucks container when the machine is off, thecoffee cycle counter does not reset.The coffee puckscontainer is full andthe “coffee puckscontainer full” icon isnot shown.The drip tray has been removedwithout emptying thecoffee pucks container.When removing the drip tray,also empty the coffee puckscontainer, even if it is almost empty. This way,the coffee pucks container willreset to zero and it will start tocount the coffee pucks correctly again.Impossible to removethe brew group.The brew group is not in its correctposition.Close the service door.
