User’s Manual523.3.19 ALARM DETECTWhen the alarm detect function is activated, the camera will detect movement withina monitoring area and then send an alarm signal automatically. There will be a flashwarning notice: MOTION displayed in the upper left corner of the screen.18x/26x Model:• DETECT SWITCHThe item is used to enable or disable the ALARM DETECT function.• DETECT MODEFour alarm detect modes are provided for different application.INT FOCUS (Internal Focus)The alarm will be triggered if the internal focus changes; if the focus returnsto the original position, the alarm will stop.FIX FOCUSIf focus movement is detected, the alarm will be triggered, and the alarmstops when focus returns to the original position.
