Part #4520414 (01/28/08) Page 5INTRODUCTIONYour new equipment should be given regular care andmaintenance Periodic inspections by your dealer or aqualified service agency are recommendedThis product has been certified as commercial cookingequipment and must be installed by professional personnelas specifiedUncratingCarefully remove unit from crate or carton All packingmaterial should be removed from units On stainless steelunits the protective material covering the stainless steelshould be removedAfter uncrating, immediately check the equipment for visiblesigns of shipping damageIf such damage has occurred, do not refuse shipment, butcontact the shipper and file the appropriate freight claimsRating PlateWhen corresponding with the factory or your localauthorized factory service center regarding service problemsor replacement parts, be sure to refer to the particular unitby the correct model number (including the prefix and suffixletters and numbers) and the warranty serial number Theserial plate is attached to the inside of the control panel ofthe lower oven section contains this informationBefore attempting the electrical connection, the ratingpate should be checked to ensure that the unit’s electricalcharacteristics and the supply characteristics agreeINSTALLATIONClearancesThe 2000 E series ovens must be installed with a minimumof zero (0”) clearance to the sides and back to walls ofcombustible materialAssembly Instructions1 Open the bottom section of the crate and the leg crateProceed with oven assembly as follows:a Fasten lefts to base using 1/4” hex head bolts, lockingwashers and nuts providedb Ensure the insulation is evenly spread and in theproper position on the top of the lower unitc Place an 1” x 4” x 60” (22mm x 100mm x 1525mm)long piece of lumber across the rear top of the ovento prevent the stacks from misaligningd Raise the center of top oven section up and on to thelower oven section, sliding the oven section forwarduntil the main sides of the section engage behind theoven fronte Remove the piece of lumber and lower the rear of theoven section into positionf Secure the left and right out side front corners ofthe oven section using No 1-24 x 1/2” flat head boltssuppliedg Secure the oven backs using six 10-1/2” truss headsheet metal screws2 To connect the section feed wires to the main oventerminal block, refer to the wiring diagram attached tothe main terminal block With the oven(s) in the desired position, use a sprint leveland level unit four ways: across front and back, and downleft and right edges4 When two pizza ovens (2001P) are stacked, remove thetop louvers on the bottom oven Assemble as illustratedin instructions found with the stacking plates
