The use ofice may damage the castings, crack the welds, orwarp the broiler grate castings and will void thewarranty.Once the unit has cooled external stainless steelpanels should be cleaned using a mild detergentand/or a food-safe liquid cleaner designed toclean stainless steel, a soft cloth and hot water. Ifit is necessary to use a non-metallic scouring pad,always rub in the direction of the grain in themetal to prevent scratching. Wash a small areaat a time and rinse the washed area with a cleansponge dipped into a disinfectant and wipe drywith a soft clean cloth before it can dry.USE AND CARE, continuationUse only stainless steel, wood or plastic toolsto scrape off heavy deposits or oil. Do not useordinary steel scrapers or knives, as iron particlesmay become embedded and rust. NEVER USESTEEL WOOL.The Grease Box should be emptied as required.Do not allow it to overfill.Rinse with clean water and wipe away residuewith a clean, dry cloth.Scrape the grease trough and chute, directingany grease/debris into the grease drawer. Oncecool enough to handle, empty grease drawer,scraping out stubborn grease/debris and washdrawer in a hot soapy solution.Service MaintenanceAny maintenance involving the disassembly of components should be performed by a qualifiedservice technician as part of a regular kitchen maintenance program. Regular (at least 6 monthintervals) inspections should be done to verify performance and make any necessary adjustmentsto the appliance.
