Pressure centers represent an area where pressure is measured tobe either the highest or lowest relative to the surrounding area.Indicates a Low Pressure Center. A LowPressure Center is an area where themeasured pressure is lowest relative to thesurrounding area. Moving away from a LowPressure Center in any horizontal directionresults in increased pressure.
