Forerunner 310XT Quick Start ManualIt should be snug enough to stay inplace during your run.1. Snap one side of the strap to theheart rate monitor module.2. Wet both electrodes on the backof the heart rate monitor to createa strong connection between yourchest and the transmitter.3. Wrap the strap around your chest,and snap it to the other side ofthe module.noTe: The Garmin logo shouldbe right‑side up.4.
